We have decided to start an all-you-can-eat Ibara crab 🦀.
What is "Ibaragani"?
Compared to king crab, the catch is smaller,
It is a rare crab that is not easily distributed in the market.
When both legs are extended, it is approximately 1 meter long,
The flavor is almost comparable to that of king crab,
It is characterized by its juicy flavor.
The sweetness is said to be stronger in the Ibarra crab. 🙂↕️
