Morita Farm's potatoes are harvested early and carefully ripened at low temperatures,
The potatoes are sweet and tasty with excess water removed.
Our restaurant also uses these special potatoes to create "fries" and other dishes that allow you to enjoy the taste of the potatoes themselves,
